DUE AT REGISTRATION - $100 PER FAMILY

Post dated cheque for June 30th to be cashed only if you choose not to volunteer 4 times. 

Volunteer deposits will be collected when team jerseys are distributed.

Each player is responsible for purchasing their own HELMET AND GLOVES
